Where can you find an endless selection of locally sourced and crafted art, photography, music, and more? At the Brookhaven Arts Festival, of course! The 14th Annual Brookhaven Arts Festival will be held this Saturday and Sunday, October 20-21, behind the Brookhaven MARTA station. Over 140 participating artists will feature works of fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture and more. Musical performances take place over the two days, with a classic car show on Sunday.
The Brookhaven Arts Festival is a FREE premier event which takes place in one of Georgia’s fastest growing cities. Located about 5 miles inside the I-285 corridor and just north of Buckhead, this exciting annual 2-day event features a juried show of art from over 140 artists from across the country, a classic car show, children’s art section, live music, food and beverages.
Started by a small group of volunteers in 2004, the Brookhaven Arts Festival is now in its 14th year of operation and attracts between 8,000 and 10,000 visitors from around the region. The Brookhaven Arts Festival is produced with the input of local artists and the Brookhaven Community Foundation, a non-profit organization.
Don’t miss your opportunity to buy local art, meet our city’s top creators, or just peruse one the area’s most successful art markets! This free event opens its doors at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 20th and concludes at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 21st.
If you feel like escaping The Sidney at Morningside Apartments in Atlanta, Georgia for the day, this event is a perfect opportunity to do just that!
